Frequently asked questions
We've gathered here the most frequent questions from our guests — from booking deadlines to rules for cake, drinks, and decor.
To secure the most beautiful dates during the summer season, May–September, we recommend booking at least 10–12 months in advance for events with more than 100 guests. For events up to 100 guests, we recommend at least 6–8 months in advance.
The event date is reserved only upon signing the contract. This can be done both physically and online.
Cold pyrotechnics are only permitted outdoors. They must be accompanied by an authorized and responsible person. They must be purchased only from authorized companies, and safety procedures must be respected. They are not permitted inside the halls.
A piece of advice would be to invite approximately 20% more people than the minimum established, just to be sure. According to the contract, the client pays the full amount required for the initially agreed minimum number of guests.
Yes, because just like your guests, they are with you throughout the entire event, sometimes even longer. During the event, they do not have a meal break to go outside the restaurant.
It is not permitted. We handle all food products. Everything must have a quality certificate, and of course, it's just as important to us that the products are of high quality — we collaborate with the best suppliers on the market.
The Candy Bar, cake, classic alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Also, everything related to the artistic program: music, photo, video, moderator, decor, entertainers, etc.
The cake and Candy Bar must be delivered in a refrigerated vehicle, accompanied by a quality certificate. They should be brought to the restaurant on the day of the event by 3:00 PM. The cake must be between 4 and 6 degrees Celsius. If the event starts before 3:00 PM, then at least 2 hours before the event. The restaurant checks the cake's temperature and reserves the right not to accept these services in case of non-conformity.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages must be accompanied by a quality certificate, receipt, or invoice, and spirits by a Moldovan excise stamp. They should be brought to the restaurant one day before the event, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM — it is very important to adhere to this timeframe. Beverages from Transnistria are not permitted.
According to our internal rules and hygiene-sanitary norms, it is not permitted for the Salty Fourchette, Cocktail Bar, and Cheese Bar to be brought into our venue. We strive to maintain a clean and safe environment for all our customers — that's why we can offer you all these additional services.
It is no longer common practice to take food in containers, considering it has been on the table for several hours. However, if the clients and guests request it, the waiters will help pack the food into containers — with the exception of lightly salted fish, vegetables, and salads.
All personal items must be taken at the end of the event; everything is handed over according to the acceptance-transfer act, as we do not hold responsibility for them after the event.
All services must be received by the client or the event coordinator, who is aware of all the details specified in the order, to ensure that everything matches both quantitatively and qualitatively. The restaurant does not handle payments.
